With a core team dedicated to the lithium battery field for over 20 years, we boast a wealth of work experience and extensive research and technical expertise. Our research and innovation personnel all possess relevant educational backgrounds and years of practical experience. In addition to relying on our exceptional in-house R&D team, Synvent has ambitious plans to establish various high-level research platforms within the next 1-2 years. These include an academician workstation, a national postdoctoral innovation practice base, and a provincial-level research and innovation center. We have also fostered deep collaborations with multiple research institutions, harnessing external strategic resources to support our company's development, while forging strong industry-academia partnerships. We strive to build a highly skilled and innovative R&D team that covers all strategic product lines comprehensively. Through the accumulation of technical expertise and our company's growth over the past two years, our goal is to attain national high-tech enterprise certification within this timeframe. We aspire to become a prominent player in the new energy sector, expanding our presence and solidifying our position as an industry frontrunner.
        The company places utmost importance on the research and development of new products and processes. Since its initiation, we have devoted significant resources to establishing a robust R&D department, creating a research organization structure centered around it, and utilizing production facilities as platforms for development. We have constructed an innovative R&D system that harmoniously incorporates fundamental research, process development, engineering development, and product application research. Currently, our R&D laboratories span an area of over 1000m² and are equipped with a diverse range of experimental apparatus. This includes reactors, distillation units, separation equipment, drying equipment, and a comprehensive array of analytical instruments such as gas chromatographs (Agilent 8890, Shimadzu GC-2030), liquid chromatographs, ICP spectrometers (Thermo Fisher), infrared spectrometers, colorimeters, moisture analyzers, and advanced Coulometric Karl Fischer titrators, all of which allow us to perform various operations such as product synthesis, high or low-temperature material separation, and product purification. Moreover, the company also plans to establish a pilot-scale base as an extension of our experimental research and an exploration of technological industrialization. We consistently prioritize technological innovation in our R&D efforts, and provide unrestricted support and funding to drive forward innovative research and development work.

        The company focuses on green, low-carbon, environmental, energy-saving, and health-related aspects, striving to address technical challenges and update processes in the existing business industry chain.
